Please read the following terms carefully before using bibaji's online casino and sports betting services. By accessing or using bibaji, you agree to be bound by these conditions in their entirety.
Important notice. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bibaji ("bibaji", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the bibaji platform at bibaji.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bibaji platform. Players must be aged 21 years or older to use bibaji.

By creating a bibaji account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you; (c) all information you provide to bibaji is accurate, current, and complete; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
Clause 1.1
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a bibaji account. bibaji reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated on an account found to belong to a person under 21 will be void and forfeited.
Clause 1.2
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active bibaji account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts โ whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household โ is strictly prohibited. bibaji reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings generated across duplicated accounts.
Clause 1.3
Accurate Registration Information
Players must provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. bibaji will use this information for account management, identity verification, and payment processing. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Clause 1.4
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. bibaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. 2. Deposits & Withdrawals
bibaji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is เงณ100 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bibaji does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. bibaji does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Clause 2.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Standard processing time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals is 15โ30 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. bibaji charges no withdrawal fees. Players must have completed all applicable identity verification requirements before any withdrawal can be processed.
Clause 2.3
Currency & Conversion
All transactions on bibaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a game or live casino table displays odds or stakes in an alternative currency, the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. bibaji is not liable for currency fluctuations between the time a bet is placed and the time winnings are credited.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
bibaji offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions are set out below.
Clause 3.1
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus balance or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions are specified on the individual promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games or below the minimum odds threshold do not count toward wagering requirements.
Clause 3.2
One Bonus Per Player
Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or alternative payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
Clause 3.3
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses and free bets that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. bibaji reserves the right to remove any unused bonus from an account if the account has been inactive for 30 consecutive days or more.
4. Betting & Gaming Rules
Clause 4.1
Acceptance of Bets
bibaji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the system and a bet reference number is issued. Placing a bet does not constitute acceptance by bibaji until the confirmation is received. System errors, technical faults, or connectivity issues that prevent a bet from being placed do not create any liability on bibaji's part.
Clause 4.2
Obvious Errors & Palpable Mistakes
bibaji reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of an obvious error in odds pricing, game display, or system malfunction. This includes, but is not limited to, odds that are clearly incorrect relative to fair market value. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. bibaji's decision on palpable mistakes is final.
Clause 4.3
Game Fairness
All RNG-based games on bibaji are provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. RNG outcomes are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi using real dealers and physical equipment. bibaji does not alter game outcomes at any stage.
Clause 4.4
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bibaji:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to bibaji.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bibaji platform.
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
5. Key Player Obligations
By using bibaji, you accept the following obligations as a registered player on the platform.
Verify Your Identity When Asked
bibaji may request identity documents โ national ID, passport, or driving licence โ at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
Protect Your Account Credentials
Your bibaji username and password are personal and must not be shared. bibaji is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to secure your login details. Use a strong, unique password and enable SMS two-factor authentication on your account.
Play Within Your Means

Keep Your Details Current

Outdated information may delay transactions or security responses.
Do Not Use Prohibited Software
Automated tools, bots, odds scrapers, or any software that interacts with bibaji in a non-human manner are strictly prohibited. bibaji employs technical monitoring to detect automated activity. Any account identified as using prohibited software will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
Use Your Own Payment Methods Only
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name โ whether bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank account. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any funds deposited via a payment method that does not belong to you may be returned and your account reviewed.
6. Limitation of Liability
bibaji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bibaji disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
bibaji shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bibaji platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if bibaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall bibaji's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the platform exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
bibaji is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in the platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power disruptions, government actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the bibaji platform โ including but not limited to the bibaji brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data structures, and promotional materials โ is the exclusive intellectual property of bibaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bibaji platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any content from the bibaji platform without prior written consent from bibaji.
Third-party game content โ including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi โ is the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by bibaji under valid licensing agreements. bibaji does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
9. Privacy & Data

10. Termination & Account Closure
Clause 10.1
Closure by the Player
You may close your bibaji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (after settlement of pending bets and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Clause 10.2
Closure by bibaji
bibaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes; (c) the player has provided false registration information; (d) the player is under the minimum age requirement; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Clause 10.3
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure โ whether initiated by the player or by bibaji โ all unused bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, bibaji reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bibaji platform, bibaji's customer support team will endeavour to resolve the matter informally in the first instance. Players are encouraged to contact [email protected] before escalating any complaint.
bibaji aims to resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected], clearly stating the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. bibaji will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. bibaji does not seek to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

12. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bibaji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver. bibaji's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver by bibaji of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without bibaji's prior written consent. bibaji may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
